LAS VEGAS – The Atlanta Hawks made a fourth quarter comeback to defeat the Brooklyn Nets, 83-76, in the 2026 NBA Summer League on Saturday.
Atlanta outscored Brooklyn 26-16 in the fourth quarter. The Nets actually had a 67-57 lead with 7:33 remaining, but the Hawks closed on a 26-9 run to prevail.
The Hawks (2-0) were led by
Kobe Johnson, providing 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists off the bench.
The Hawks shot 43.1% from the field and 36.4% from 3-point range while holding the Nets to 34.8% from the field and 8.3% (2-for-24) from long range.
Atlanta recorded 16 assists to 16 turnovers, while Brooklyn had 11 assists to 19 turnovers.
First-round pick
Zuby Ejiofor led the Atlanta starters with 13 points, six rebounds and three blocks.
Kingston Flemings, the No. 8 overall pick in the
2026 NBA Draft, finished with nine points, seven rebounds and five assists.
The Nets (1-1) were led by Chaney Johnson, collecting 20 points, 10 rebounds and five steals.
